ITN Business set to explore how innovative solutions are shaping the way we eat in ‘Food and Drink: Powers Our Nation’
Launching at the IFE, International Food & Drink event, 25th – 27th March 2024, ExCel London
In the UK, the food and drink industry is the largest manufacturing sector, bigger than aerospace and automotive industries combined and directly employing close to half a million people across the region. Globally, however, our food systems are under pressure and food system innovation is key to providing solutions.
To highlight the impact this innovation has on shaping the way we eat, ITN Business will produce a news-style programme, ‘Food and Drink: Powers Our Nation’, premiering at the International Food and Drink event on the 25th – 27th March 2024. The programme will delve into this manufacturing sector showcasing the innovations making nutritious food accessible for all.
‘Food and Drink: Powers Our Nation’ will be hosted by highly renowned chef and presenter Monica Galetti and will feature organisations that are playing their part when it comes to food system innovation. Those helping to shape the way we eat, the technological solutions that are making food manufacturing more efficient and those helping to cut emissions within the industry.
Launching March 2024, ‘Food and Drink: Powers Our Nation’ will combine expert interviews, news items and reporter-led sponsored editorial profiles. The programme will be promoted by the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) and The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) as thought leaders within the industry- as well as IFE, International Food & Drink event.
Nina Harrison-Bell, Head of ITN Business said: “By showcasing the impact the innovations within this vast sector have, our programme aims to delve deep into the solutions helping our food systems thrive now and for many years to come.’
Premiering at the IFE, International Food & Drink event, the programme will launch in March 2024 and will be hosted on a bespoke page on the ITN Business Hub as well as being supported by extensive paid and organic digital campaign across social media platforms.
There are commercial opportunities for leading organisations to be featured in the programme and spearhead their own news item. If your organisation wants to share what you stand for and be part of this important conversation, please contact ITN Business’ Programming Directors Jamie Connolly or Tamsin Luck.
