The ScaleUp Institute is a not-for-profit company that focuses on supporting UK businesses to scale up. In our interview with its CEO, Irene Graham, we explore the challenges in the current economic climate, both now and for the future.

“In the UK, we have a small and medium sized economy of about 5.5 million SMEs, and within that, about 34,000 scale ups. These are contributing about 50% to the UK in relation to what their output is.”
